TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
Our technicians gain technical expertise by attending factory training from AC Delco and Linders Technical Institute.  These training programs are validated by factory engineers and support personnel.  The courses are written with an eye toward the future to prepare us for new technology, including next-generation service tools, parts, procedures and comprehensive diagnostics.

You will not find any more qualified and dedicated technicians and service advisors than at Hires.  They have received the highest certified status available in the industry.  We are the “experts.”

FACILITIES
Our facilities have earned the ASE Blue Seal Shop Award, the highest award obtainable by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence.  We are continually investing in state of the art equipment that gives our technicians the tools to provide the best results.  This assures you that a certified, qualified technician is working on your vehicle.  At Hires, Underhood is Understood.

WARRANTY
Our labor is warranted for six months or 6,000 miles.  We warranty 50% of labor from six months to 12 months.  Any part we install carries a minimum of a 90 day warranty.  Many parts like Brakes, Shocks, Batteries and Mufflers carry up to a LIFETIME WARRANTY.  Our diagnostic services carry a six month warranty.  We will always offer you detailed warranty information.
